We’re proud to showcase this beautiful 180-square-metre Indian Sandstone paving project completed for a client in Yarcombe, near Honiton, Devon. Designed and installed by our expert team, this project completely transformed the exterior of the property — enhancing both its visual appeal and practical outdoor living space.
Craftmanship and Design
The paving elegantly wraps around the house, following its natural layout with smooth, curved edges that soften the overall look and tie seamlessly into the property’s character. Every stone was carefully set by hand, ensuring consistent joints and a flawless finish.
We used premium Mint Indian Sandstone slabs, chosen for their durability, rich colour tones, and natural texture. The subtle blend of warm earthy shades complements the home’s exterior perfectly, creating a timeless look that works beautifully in rural Devon settings.
Enhancing the Outdoor Space
This new paving has transformed the space into a functional, low-maintenance area ideal for outdoor dining, relaxing, and entertaining. It provides a smooth, durable surface that’s easy to maintain and built to withstand the elements — perfect for year-round use in the countryside.
The design not only enhances the appearance of the property but also improves drainage and accessibility, ensuring the area will remain both practical and attractive for years to come.
Attention to Detail
From the careful sub-base preparation to the precise laying of each slab, this project reflects our commitment to quality and craftsmanship.
